Pumpkin cookies

1/2 C butter

1 C brown sugar

1 egg

1 C pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 C flour

1 C chocolate chips

Mix together and bake for 10-13 minutes at 375. Makes about 30+ cookies.

Frosting: 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 C. butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 C. powder sugar

Mix and put on top of cookies.
