Poppy Seed Bread

This is so yummy and can also be made as muffins.

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/8 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix all but the first 3 ingredients with electric mixer. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt and mix. Pour into 2 large or 4 small lightly greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Poke holes in warm loaves and pour frosting over warm loaves.

Frosting:
3/4 C powder sugar
1/4 C orange juice
1 1/2 melted butter
1/2 tsp amond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
