Spinach Salad

Baby spinach

Pecans, toasted (candied pecans are the best)

Feta Cheese

Red onions

Fresh sliced strawberries

Dressing:

1/2 C light mayo

1/8 C white vinegar

1/3 C sugar (or splenda)

1/4 C milk

1 T poppy seeds

Mix salad together. Then mix dressing. I don't add the dressing to the salad. I allow people to add the dressing themselves.

The candied pecans seperate this salad from any other spinach salad, it is yummy!
